To provide you with custom workouts without compromising your identity, your personal body metrics and selections are stored **strictly on your mobile device** inside a secure local database. This data is never sent to our servers, never shared, and never used for tracking.
The following metrics are stored exclusively on your device:
- Onboarding Profile Metrics: Body weight, height, age, and biological sex.
- Fitness Metrics: Target muscle group selections, current body shape, and desired target body shape.
- User Profile Selections: Experience level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and specific physical injuries or limitations.
- Workout Logs: Custom workout routines created by you, exercises added to favorites, and training history/progress trackers.
2. Information We Collect (Transmitted Data)
To provide app updates, maintain technical integrity, run custom features, and track conversion events, certain non-sensitive parameters are automatically processed or collected via secure network APIs.
A. Onboarding & Survey Analytics:
When you complete our onboarding survey, your selected Fitness Goal (e.g., bodybuilding, fat loss, lean muscle) and your biological Gender are securely logged into Firebase Analytics. This allows us to compile general analytics to understand what features and fitness plans are most relevant to our users.
B. Technical Logs & Crash Diagnostics:
If the application encounters an issue, bug, or crash, technical diagnostics are securely sent to our issue logging backend API. This diagnostic log includes:
- Stack trace of the error
- Device manufacturer and model name
- Operating system version
C. Billing & Purchase History:
Our app does not collect, request, or handle your financial cards or banking details. All transaction checkout payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. However, to track conversion metrics and activate your premium upgrades, the app transmits transaction records (including receipt code, purchase price, currency, plan ID, and SKU details) to Firebase Analytics.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
Since Pro Gym Workout stores your personalized body metrics and training history exclusively on your device, you have complete control over your private records:
- Uninstalling the app will instantly delete all local databases and workout records from your mobile device.
- Third-party analytics retain technical device IDs and conversion data according to their individual retention policies (typically 2 to 14 months).
8. Children's Privacy
Pro Gym Workout is not intended for or marketed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal details, we will immediately delete them.
